Raj Restaurants was founded on very strong principles encompassing vegetarianism, the beliefs and practices of vegetarians. At Rag Restaurant we serve North Indian and South Indian Cuisines, Chaats (Snacks from the Western part of India), Indian desserts which are freshly made on house. The medium of cooking is Sunflower Oil. Raj Restaurant is the only Indian restaurant in Singapore, which caters to Vegans, Gluten Fee, No Onion and Garlic, Buddhists and Jain food.
